. This passion is what caused him to wake daily and put his heart and soul into his work, while trying to obtain new skills in new areas. These thoughts have caused him to realize that there will not be a global unity within his short left span. The shadow people will always seek to keep the Awoken at bay. To keep this united peace front from happening. The greed and corruption that is inherent in humans is a force that is difficult to control. The sensitivity to a persons words has caused Dhaun to be forced out of the Lheshayl School District. Having left there it took him only four days to obtain new employment. From the initial look and feel of things the people will be more in line with his thoughts. The idea that it might be possible to recognize that all individuals have a unique skill set and that others may value those skills has rekindled the spark that it might be possible one day for humans to unite under a common goal.
In order for this to happen people must put aside petty differences. Things like race, religion and gender have no purpose when it comes to understanding that we all have to work together. One should not be forced out of a position simply because his personality is different to the ideals and thoughts of a conformed box that he would not fit inside. An employer should not try to only hire people that will bend to their will, to only do what they want. Disagreements should be encouraged, this is how change comes to pass. Taking other peoples experience and knowledge and collectively pursuing a common goal in an effort to better even the smallest of environments. There are many aspects of the human race that are a mystery, however acceptance of those mysteries should be embraced in order to effect the changes that are needed to unite the people. People need to stick together and building each other up not discouraging their thoughts just because they differ from their own.
